Who we are
This website, kolovue.com, is run by its owners and administrators. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to them. We are responsible for the personal data described below.
Contact for any privacy question: danis@kolovue.com.
What data we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form on kolovue.com:
- your name;
- your email address or messenger handle;
- what you photograph, if you choose to tell us.
When you submit the form, we also record the date and time and the country your request came from, as determined by our hosting provider. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your request and to discuss whether Kolovue suits your needs. We do not send newsletters or marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
Who else handles your data
We use two services to receive your request:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission.
- Telegram delivers the request to us as a message.
These providers may process data on servers outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. They act under their own privacy and data protection terms. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we are in contact with you, and for no longer than 24 months after our last conversation. After that we delete it. If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for the contract and accounting for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data;
- restrict or stop processing it.
Write to danis@kolovue.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia or to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
